In this blog you will learn how to put a Customer on hold for transactions/invoice/payments, follow the simple steps below:
1. Go to Accounts receivable/Common/Customers/All customers

2. Select the Customer you would like to put on hold

3. Click on Credit and Collections

4. Click on the Credits and collections dropdown

5. Click on the relevant dropdown

a. No – Customer is not on hold

b. Invoice – The Customer account is on hold for invoicing

c. All – The Customer account is on hold for all transactions

d. Payment – Option not valid for Customers

e. Requisition – Option not valid for Customers

f. Never – Option not valid for Customers

When you go to post any transactions, you will get the following error message.
