Do you have a hard time finding help on your Sage 300c/Sage 300 (Accpac) product?  Read below to find out all of your different help options right at your fingertips!

  1. Pressing the F1 key on your keyboard from within any Sage 300 screen will display a help menu with lists of field names and descriptions etc. As you can see from my example, I am on the Customer screen and I would like to know what the “Account Set” (1) on the Processing tab means, after pressing F1 I can see the explanation of this field (2).

2. The Help Menu on the main toolbar will also have access to Live Chat (1) with Sage Tech Support Product User Guides (2), the Online Community (3) and Sage University (4).
